Residents in the Parish and members of the congregation of the Church of St. Peter are able to hire the Hall for functions - see details on the bottom of this page. Parking adjacent to the Hall is severely restricted and potential hirers are advised to consider the implications of the Travel Plan before planning their booking. The letting of the Village Hall for Birthday Parties and Weddings has been reduced in scope to bookings by residents/members of the Parish of St Peter, Petersham and all hirers must now agree to abide by the parking provisions of the Travel Plan to reduce the impact of associated parking on Bute Avenue Petersham Village Hall Travel PlanHall users are encouraged to travel to the Petersham Village Hall on foot, by cycle or by Public Transport, buses 371 and 65 stop in Petersham Road nearby. Hall users traveling by car are asked to note that the Petersham Village Hall is situated in Bute Avenue, which is a private road. There is no parking available for Hall users except in the spaces in front of the Hall. Hall users are asked to give people with disabilities priority in parking in these spaces. All Hall users traveling into Bute Avenue by car or cycle are asked both to give way to pedestrians (children especially) and also to limit their speed as there is no foot way in this road. Any parking must leave space for Emergency Vehicles to pass along Bute Avenue freely. There is no parking or turning permitted in the section of Bute Avenue beyond the Vicarage Drive, including the area in front of All Saints House.
